Below you'll find the answers to some frequently asked questions. Should you still feel flumoxed, please drop me an email and I'll do my best to help.


Can I pay using my credit or debit card?

You most certainly can! To do this you will need to select Paypal at the checkout, which will direct you to a page where you can either login to your paypal account (if you have one) or pay directly with your credit or debit card if you don't have a Paypal account.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, I only ship within the UK however, as the shop grows it is likely that I will review my shipping options to allow international customers. If you want to find out about shop updates like this, please sign up to my newsletter.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately gift wrapping isn't available at the moment. 

When will my order be ready to ship?

All orders are shipped from Bristol within 1-3 working days from when an order is placed. All items are sent 1st class using Royal Mail and normally arrive 1-2 days from the date they are shipped. Please note: I do not ship items over the weekend, therefore any orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays won't be shipped until the following Monday.

The product I want to order is out of stock. Can you notify me when it's back in stock?

Please send me an email and let me know which product you are interested in. You will be informed as soon as it is back in stock.

Do you accept returns?

We're happy to accept returns, providing you fulfill our returns criteria. Please refer to our returns policy over on our Shop Policies page for more details.

Help! My order hasn't arrived!

If you received your dispatch email and your order has not arrived, please take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbours or mail room (if ordered to a work place) to see if your parcel was left there
  • Please contact your nearest sorting office to find out if your parcel is being held there
  • Contact me with your order number

Kindly report your missing order within 10 days of the dispatch date on the email sent to you.
