September round-up

September has ended on a good note. My shop has received it’s first sales and consequently I’ve been getting to know the people in the post office rather well as I trundle down there with my parcels of cards. Plans for some giclee prints are still in progress including this one which will be offered in different colour-ways. I’m also in the midst of trying to come up with my Christmas card designs in rather a hurry, as I know how early some people start thinking about these things (me, I like to be in denial about the whole thing until the very last minute and then panic).

So, it looks like there’ll be lots to do in October!

There’s lots going on over on my facebook page too where it’s easy to keep up-to-date with what I’m doing and avoid missing out on any crucial updates! (Heaven forbid).

British moths greetings cards for sale!

greetingscard_upright_emperorrmothTo round off a productive week, I’ve uploaded another set of greetings cards to my etsy shop- my British Moths collection. These cards, which are my favourites so far, feature illustrations of an emperor moth, a garden tiger moth, an elephant hawk-moth, an oak eggar moth and a bedstraw hawk-moth. They are available to buy along with my other collections in my etsy shop here.

Open for business!

greetingscard_upright_lobsterToday was the day my online shop finally became a reality and opened it’s (virtual) doors to the world. It’s been a long time coming, as I discovered there’s a neverending list of things to do before you can become an etsy seller, but the big day has finally arrived!

To start things off, my collection of British Sea Life greetings cards are now for sale and over the next few days I’ll be adding my other greetings card collections. To take a look, just click here.
