A week of nieces visiting and a vomiting bug has set me back a little (the first lovely, the second most definitely not), but I’m now up on my feet again trying to remember what I’m supposed to be doing.
Still, I’ve been making a bit of progress on my branding for my shop packaging. Take a look at the logo design I’ve come up with here. I also picked up my first batch of giclee prints from the printers last week, which have come out lovely. They’ll be listed in my shop very soon, but in the meantime here’s a couple of photos I took of them.
Don’t forget, there’s more to see over at my facebook page.
September has ended on a good note. My shop has received it’s first sales and consequently I’ve been getting to know the people in the post office rather well as I trundle down there with my parcels of cards. Plans for some giclee prints are still in progress including this one which will be offered in different colour-ways. I’m also in the midst of trying to come up with my Christmas card designs in rather a hurry, as I know how early some people start thinking about these things (me, I like to be in denial about the whole thing until the very last minute and then panic).
So, it looks like there’ll be lots to do in October!
There’s lots going on over on my facebook page too where it’s easy to keep up-to-date with what I’m doing and avoid missing out on any crucial updates! (Heaven forbid).
To round off a productive week, I’ve uploaded another set of greetings cards to my etsy shop- my British Moths collection. These cards, which are my favourites so far, feature illustrations of an emperor moth, a garden tiger moth, an elephant hawk-moth, an oak eggar moth and a bedstraw hawk-moth. They are available to buy along with my other collections in my etsy shop here.
My collection of greetings cards featuring some rather colourful British birds, are now available to buy in my etsy shop. The cards feature illustrations of a bullfinch, a goldfinch, a greenfinch, a chaffinch and a linnet. Bird enthusiasts out there, what are you waiting for- go get yourselves a set!
I’ve just added another range of greetings cards to my etsy shop- this time an assortment of colourful, tropical fish. To snap up a set of these yourself, head over to my shop.
