I’ve just added another range of greetings cards to my etsy shop- this time an assortment of colourful, tropical fish. To snap up a set of these yourself, head over to my shop.
Today was the day my online shop finally became a reality and opened it’s (virtual) doors to the world. It’s been a long time coming, as I discovered there’s a neverending list of things to do before you can become an etsy seller, but the big day has finally arrived!
To start things off, my collection of British Sea Life greetings cards are now for sale and over the next few days I’ll be adding my other greetings card collections. To take a look, just click here.
Lately, when I’ve not been editing photos for etsy, I’ve been working on some new giclee prints to compliment my greetings card designs. These prints will be offered alongside my cards in different colour-ways and printed at A4 size.
It seems like it’s taken me an age to get my head around all that is involved in opening an online shop (fees, pricing, profit margins, shipping policies and on it goes). I’ve even got a spreadsheet now, which Robin patiently created for me while marvelling at my complete lack of understanding of Excel (sorry Robin!).
But my photos are mostly done, descriptions have been written and my packaging all arrived last week so it’s beginning to seem like I’m actually doing this!
Phew- I’ve finally finished my Tropical Fish range! Now for the laborious process of proofing colours and making final checks before I can finally order some prints.
Update: My completed Tropical Fish collection of greetings cards is now available to buy over in my etsy shop.
A few more fancy fish to see you through to the end of the week.
Psst! Now available to buy in my etsy shop.
These glamorous-looking fish are part of my range of cards on Tropical Fish.
I’m trying to be a bit more daring with colours and I’m quite pleased with how these have come out- hopefully others will agree.
Update: This is now available to buy as a greetings card in my etsy shop.
