Shop Policies

Please take a look at my shop's policies below. If you have any unanswered questions, head over to the FAQs page or get in touch via the contact page and I'll do my best to help. For wholesale customers, please contact me to receive my separate wholesale terms and conditions.


I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from when an order is placed, however this may be slightly longer during my busiest times of the year. Should there be an unforeseen delay, I will inform you of this via email and send your order to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered multiple items they may be sent separately, at my discretion.

I currently only ship items within the UK. All items are sent 1st class using Royal Mail and normally arrive 1-2 days from the date they are shipped. Please note: I do not ship items over the weekend, therefore any orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday won't be shipped until the following Monday.

Payment methods

You can either pay using your debit or credit card, or use your Paypal account if you have one. At the checkout page, customers without a PayPal account can choose to check out as a guest using their credit or debit card. The following card types are accepted:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • Mastercard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express

If you find you have had a change of heart after placing an order, please notify me immediately via email to cancel your order and receive a refund. I cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched and in this instance you will need to follow my shop's returns policy (see below).


I want you to be happy with your order and therefore strive to make sure my products are accurately described on our website. However, if you do wish to return your order please notify my as soon as possible and return your items within 21 days of receipt.

When you return an item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and in order to receive a full refund the item(s) should be returned in their original, saleable condition, otherwise you will be responsible for any loss in value. Once your return has been received, I will notify you by email and issue you with a refund for the goods, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until I receive them. It is therefore recommended that you use a tracked delivery service to avoid parcels going astray.

Damages / defects

Please inspect all items upon arrival and, in the event of receiving any damaged or incorrect items, please contact me via email within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange a replacement to be sent out. You may be asked to photograph the damaged items in order for me to claim compensation from my shipping provider.

Lost or stolen items

If you received your dispatch email and your order has not arrived, please take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbours or place of work to see if your parcel has been left with anyone
  • Please contact your nearest sorting office to find out if your parcel is being held there
  • Contact me with your order number

Kindly report your missing order within 10 days of the dispatch date on the email sent to you.

Environmental policy

As I take my inspiration from the natural world, I am very conscious of the need to minimise the impact my business has on the environment and to this end, I carefully consider every detail of my busniess and use recycled materials and FSC-certified papers for all of my cards. Wherever possible I work with local suppliers to source materials including using envelopes made from 100% recycled paper and biodegradable cellophane sleeves for most of my cards.
