Shop Policies

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from when an order is placed, however this may be slightly longer during our busiest times of the year. Should there be an unforeseen delay, we will inform you of this via email and send your order to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered multiple items we may send them separately, at our discretion.

We currently only ship items within the UK. All items are sent 1st class using Royal Mail and normally arrive 1-2 days from the date they are shipped. Please note: I do not ship items over the weekend, therefore any orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays won't be shipped until the following Monday.

Payment methods

You can either pay using your debit or credit card, or use your Paypal account if you have one. At the checkout page, customers without a PayPal account can choose to check out as a guest using their credit or debit card. The following card types are accepted:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • Mastercard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express
If you have had a change of heart after placing an order with us, please notify us immediately to cancel your order and receive a refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched and in this instance you will need to follow our returns policy.

We want you to be happy with your order and strive to make sure our products are accurately described on our website. However, if you do wish to return your order please notify us as soon as possible and return your items within 21 days of receipt.

When you return an item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and in order to receive a full refund the items should be returned in their original, saleable condition, otherwise you will be responsible for any loss in value. Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email and issue you with a refund for the goods, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them. We therefore recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid parcels going astray.

Damages / defects

We ask that you inspect all items upon arrival and, in the event of receiving any damaged or incorrect items, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange a replacement to be sent out. We may ask you to photograph the damaged items in order for us to claim compensation from our shipping provider.

Lost or stolen items

If you received your dispatch email and your order has not arrived, please take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbours or mail room (if ordered to a work place) to see if your parcel was left there
  • Please contact your nearest sorting office to find out if your parcel is being held there
  • Contact me with your order number

Kindly report your missing order within 10 days of the dispatch date on the email sent to you.

Environmental policy

As a paper-based company we are particularly aware of the need to show consideration for the environment and a thoughtful approach to our choice of materials and packaging. For this reason we work with printers and suppliers based here in England and use FSC-certified paper for all our cards. Our envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper and, where possible, we use biodegradable cellophane sleeves for our cards.
